Acts as a representative for the Director of Cards including:Drafting board level written communications in relation to varying subjects, including but not limited to Marketing, Customer Value Management and IT projects and departments Coordinating specific tasks across the organisation, chasing down information and deliverables, working closely with the Director to drive the cadence of execution or agreed plansManage on going schedule of regular reports and other deliverables that are expected of the Director and ensure that every requirement is identified/anticipated and planned for including actions from Boards, Committee meeting and audits.Be a 'go to' person to help deal with questions, problems and views on a day to day basis that ordinarily require the Director’s input thus providing additional capacity/capabilityParticipate in management/leadership/customer/partner meetings with the Director in order to follow up tasks and ensure they are completed effectively and efficientlyParticipating in programme management on behalf of the Director, involving duties on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, playing a key role in setting timelines and effectively project managing to ensure delivery
