My most recent position was in Learning and Development Department, and in my role, I created, developed, implemenedt, and evaluated trainings including state/company mandated and elective courses. I also managed training administration details including but not limited to setting up meetings, scheduling learning events, sending out invitations and confirmations, evaluations, materials duplication and ordering training supplies.* Served as a member of the Care Coordination Organization (CCO) IT Committee amongst all the CCOs across New York State to discuss Health Information Technology (HIT) and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) functionalities.* Served as a member of the IntraNet (Roots) Committee that created and modified the IntraNet, which is a platform that allows the changing and exchanging of information for the greater benefit of all Care Coordinators.
