With the economy forcing more and more property owners into the consideration of renting out their properties, I had to offer a more full service option for my sellers and others facing this decision. We are fortunate to be renting properties faster than we can enter them into our management program. We also offer a respect to area sales agents that ensures they do not lose their relationship with any property owners or tenants they bring into our company. Having been and continuing to be in the sales force in real estate, I understand and respect how important business relationships are and how they need to stay intact.
