• Sales support – Actively running alone all international sales of the "Neova" skin care line products to distributers – sales of 1mill $ in 2015 : Keeping wholesalers updated on new products , initiate special offers, handling complaints, handling orders ,tracking payments• Support on all Professional Line inquiries both for end customers and distributers: orders, complaints, sending training materials and marketing materials• Managing all day to day activity of the office: purchasing office utilities, office maintenance, cellular phones, deliveries, assisting Accounting Dep. In verity of reports.• Employees Welfare: organizing all activities from A to Z , fun days , community days, sport days ,birthdays• Recruiting –running the recruiting process • Travel- make all travel arrangements for inbound and outbound.
