• Work closely with executive managers to meet the company’s goals and expectations.• Participate in developing and implementing a great work environment and effective HR processes• Manage the full employee life cycle, onboarding to off-boarding processes. • Manage full cycle recruitment process.• Develop and implement HR and office policies.• Manage and execute the cross-organizational welfare program.• Collaborate with the company’s partners and vendors (legal, finance, insurance etc.) and manage all aspects related to those services (payments, agreements, renewals, and development, etc.)
