Responsible for substantial production and supply chain development capabilities centered around team of senior project managers aimed at encompassing transformation of core and support processes in 3-digit millions DKK scale. Large scale commercially driven business transformations as top priority.Project improvement scopes e.g.: supply chain model and supporting IT throughout the value chain; production structure (site functions, location and sizing; intra- and inter-site process flows); advanced production equipment and processing facilities; route and fleet management (including choice of most effective means of transportation); asset management and customer experiences B2X.

Responsible for 10 senior project managers each with medium-sized project organizations. Crafting of business unit strategy and realization via projects to the company’s largest business unit with cost base accounting for 70% of country total costs of DKK 10 billions and nationwide 1,500+ retail points of customer services.Chair of several strategic projects delivering clear-cut prerequisites for the regional directors’ substantial productivity gains, better use of capacity and reductions in variable and capacity costs. Transformations done in collaboration with union reps and with intact ISO9001, OHSAS18001 and ISO14000 certificates.Commercial development and leading force behind idea, development and launch of concept of parcel service improvements, resulting in substantial extra sales and a vital factor for a strong B2X logistics position, growth and share.

Responsible for managing large scale shared services and competence center with budget 500+ millions DKK and staff of 120: regional managers, team leaders, engineers, marine engineers, architects, electricians, service technicians, handymen, 24/7/365 operations support and customer contact center, support function for management accounting, HR and projects.Productivity excellence with 25% improvement, reduction in unit costs while quality and customer satisfaction guarded in top, excellent employee satisfaction as top 5 workplace in overall company.Nationwide Facility Management production and services to support the company’s core processes. Projects and operations with preventive and corrective maintenance of light production equipment, buildings and technical facilities; soft services e.g. cleaning, outdoor management, energy controlling, canteen etc. Management of sourcing via right-sourcing principle with focus on over-all company benefits. A substantial part of the SSC activities was outsourced, giving responsibility for vendor and contract management, EU tendering and purchasing processes.Collaboration and negotiation with customers, suppliers, union reps, stakeholders. Chair of Cooperation Committee, of Salary Committee and of OSH Committee.

Responsible for team of project managers and consultants with focus on shared services growth and transformation to integrated multi-functional SSC division. Development of shared services performance and capabilities for 6 shared services and competence centers within the following functional areas: Purchasing, Real Estate, Fleet Management, Finance, HR, Customer Contact Center. HR. Responsible for the SSC division’s leadership, team and employee development with 700+ FTE in scope of these services.Productivity increases. Key role in motivating performance increases driven by implementing productivity and unit cost improvement focus via standard costing system.Transformation of business. Key role in the business transformation to one integrated multi-functional SSC division, and in the creation of and commitment to one common business plan and one common support function for the SSCs.Rightsourcing. Systematization of sourcing evaluations (in-/outsourcing) with the over-all company benefits as vantage point for decisions.

Project manager for all phases from start-up to final delivery for a suite of projects.Major achievement was delivering a new and fully operational Facility Management Shared Services and Competence Center.
