I’m entrepreneur by heart and demonstrated early strong commercial understanding. I co-founded and built a successful business, XS|Sound ApS and in parallel earned my cand. merc. in international marketing and management. I learned that playing in a niche market, offering premium audio solutions can be a very attractive business, if you challenge status quo with strong digital initiatives and have the right customer insight.At Radiometer - a Danaher company - I have acquired a strong knowledge within the multiple disciplines of commercialization of total product solutions. Embracing the Danaher Business System, which is a unique lean commercial toolbox, I have learnt the ins and outs of developing and deploying commercial strategies for total product solutions; and have worked with both upstream and downstream marketing.I have lead numinous Kaizen events acting as consultant including value stream mapping, value proposition design and business modelling, GTM deployment and total solution readiness training.For the last 6 years I have been a key player in the team set to grow the Radiometer services business which have been an exciting journey, continuously challenging the status quo to change the mindset of the organization and getting it ready to commercialize services.
