As Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) I am accountable of steadily increasing Demos Helsinki’s relevance and impact potential while being charge of the organisation’s revenue streams. My responsibilities include ensuring that sales, communications and marketing are aligned in creating opportunities that enable us to best possible impact in society, while reaching our sales targets. At Demos Helsinki, our impact model is the critical vehicle that we use as a compass for ensuring that we take right actions in order to reach maximum impact. As the CRO, one of my key accountabilities is to ensure that our sales and communications activities are always grounded on our impact model, and furthermore, these activities continuously validate and test the assumptions of our strategy. Prior to taking the position of CRO, I led Demos Helsinki’s Transformative Governance team. This team works with governments, cities and intergovernmental organisations around the world to ensure that governments are prepared to meet the challenges and seize the opportunities of 21st Century.
