My role was to lead the sales of Industrial Services, customer account management and sales of all L&T services for our industrial clients and oversee an excellent team of fourteen KAM and sales professionals. Last year was economically very challenging in the markets, but we were nevertheless able to accomplish very good growth in sales and customer accounts.I have worked with and for the industry my whole working life. At the beginning I worked with environmental, safety, quality and risk management issues for the paper industry. Then I changed to the other side of the table to provide same support services to the industry.
