I have a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology & Sports Science from Oklahoma City University. I've been certified as a personal trainer through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America and the American Council on Exercise. With almost 10 years of personal training expertise, I've continued to use what I've learned on myself as the first test subject, to make sure I knew what worked and what didn't. And over more recent years, my focus has shifted from studies in exercise fitness into fitness and health through proper eating, as dietary habits make up more for your body's overall results than anything else.For those interested in learning of my philosophies on health and fitness, I write a blog on Wordpress (as you can see below), that covers a bunch of topics dealing most extensively with eating, but still giving due attention to fitness through simple exercise practices that anyone can do and everyone should do to make life a little easier.
