Volunteer Bookkeeper

▪ Perform customer billing, accounts payable and accounts receivable functions on a day-to-day basis▪ Working directly with carriers, customers and vendors▪ Working independently, coordinate billing and invoicing▪ Review of invoices for appropriate quantities and charges▪ Maintain organized and detailed records▪ Preparing weekly payroll▪ Preparing IFTA IL, NY, KY▪ Preparing P & L, Balance Sheet and other reports for the Accountant as needed.▪ Preparing 1099’s, W2/W3, W9▪ Responsible for working knowledge of computer applications as pertains to daily activities▪ Comply with all applicable company policies and procedures

▪ Responsible for monthly A/P & A/R▪ Maintain organized and detailed billing records▪ Working independently and directly with customers and vendors▪ Preparing Monthly Bank & Credit Card Reconciliations▪ Preparing Payroll & Payroll Taxes▪ Preparing and filling Quarterly and Yearly Payroll Tax Reports
