AdShot Creative - is a creative full-service studio, specialized in creative process, production and digital.During the nearly two months in Kiev, I was responsible for initiating contact with potential clients in England, when I contacted more than 150 companies over phone calls and emails. In addition, I was also tasked with prospecting for new leads in Portugal, resulting in the generation of about 100 new qualified leads. At the end of the experience, there was a moment of feedback where I was able to present my results and suggest process improvements and next steps.This experience allowed me to develop skills such as: active prospecting for new leads, negotiation, communication in English, work under pressure and interaction with different work cultures, since I worked with a Ukrainian team.Main activities:- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers;- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales;- Providing feedback on future buying trends;- Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office;- Lead generation - searching for new prospects and contact them through different channels.
