I embrace true change that inspires, with an exploratory spirit to learn new things. The trajectory in the Nature business, gas and oil, mining, renewable energy, consumer market, innovation, NGOs, education, large corporations, multinationals and national cos, medium-sized companies, startups sharpened the desire to delve deeper into culture and mindset shift. The international cultural background (global positions and based in London for almost 7 years), the experience close to Boards, participating in Executive Committees in high-impact projects were enabling experiences to better understand the distance between strategy and the real practical task at the base. The challenge of bridging the gap! I value solid diagnoses and calibrated change management to respond. I like being part of ‘people engineering’ seeking to sew and renew the organizational fabric that is formed and transformed all the time. Currently learning a lot about biomimicry, nature based solutions and regenerative leadership. I believe in solutions that bring Nature and the life cycles to the centre of business strategies.
