Southway Housing own and manage almost 6,000 homes. Most of these are in Burnage, Chorlton, Didsbury and Withington areas of south Manchster, however we also have properties in Tameside and East Cheshire. We provide services for tenants, residents, the environment and wider community of south Manchester and beyond.* Oversight of a range of HR-related administrative services including methodical record-keeping, provision of management information, up-to-date information processing, and accurate and timely management of the HR database (MHR iTrent) and 3rd party systems such as e-Learning, & e-Bis.* Development of the processes of the HR department and keeping HR procedures up to date ensuring workflows and documents are fit for purpose to ensure an efficient customer-focused HR Service is delivered in line with lean principles.* Responsible for the administration of training requests and associated activities.

* Supporting Southway’s governance arrangements by helping to co-ordinate the annual cycle of meetings and reports, and arranging the recruitment, training and appraisal of Board and Committee members. * Assisting the Head of Governance in ensuring that Southway fulfils its legal and regulatory requirements.* Providing a wide range of high-level administrative support for the Executive Team that enables them to deliver the Corporate Strategy.
