CurrentPromoted to a position of increased authority and scope to oversee and manage all training development initiatives within the organization and act as System Owner of all L&D system platforms. Work as a liaison between the warehouse operations side of the business and L&D to help champion operation’s training initiatives. Oversee, lead, and direct the execution of the entire training development lifecycle for each training project, including development of project plan, delivery scheduling, change management, resource management, manage project execution and facilitate project reporting.Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to a high performing team consisting of a System Administrator and an Instructional Designer/Developer; educate, develop, and motivate the team to exceed program/project objectives.Champion successful strategies to strategically design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs to support business objectives and directives.Lead and manage staff lifecycle, including interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, development, performance evaluation/assessment, and up to termination.Direct high-level strategic planning involved in spearheading project to identify and implement a new Learning Management System to meet continued eLearning growth, Schoox.com.Directly managed and executed the migration of data and content from Absorb LMS to Schoox.com.
