-Preliminary review board leader in critical machine shop work centers; conducted daily RCCA of all newnonconforming parts with the respective part owners/stakeholders to drive improvement, increasevisibility, reduce turnaround time and eliminate non conformances as a part of Moog’s zero defect initiative.-Created a digital nonconformance (NC) tracking form and database in excel using VBA to reduce hiddenfactory issues and collect comprehensive data on NCs. This provided a platform for data analysis of all non-conforming parts for participating work centers.-Responsible for implementation, maintenance, and training of SPC throughout Torrance site.-In charge of the maintenance of customer designated Key characteristics and identification, implementationand maintenance of in house Key Characteristics.-Completed Statistical Correlation Studies to determine acceptance of multiple military and commercialassembly test stands after significant events/changes. In addition, carried out GR&Rs on shop floor testequipment and took charge of all necessary improvement projects that came out of these studies.-Aided in the development of user-friendly manufacturing inspection plans to meet our factory’s needs.-Performed process capability studies and various DOE studies. In some cases, this led to creating processqualified inspection plans with statistically based inspection frequencies. In the other cases, it led to RCCAprojects which resulted in improved inspection methods, drawings, programs, fixtures, set ups or use ofSPC to better the machining process.-QDAS administrator for Torrance, accountable for inspection data getting into the database (increasing datain by 90%), analyzing inspection data per request, troubleshooting all user problems, teaching QDAS class.

-Spearheaded a project aimed at increasing the quality of finished construction projects-Analyzed historical data from past project punch lists in order to identify critical quality events and at what point in the schedule they occur -Using the insights from the data analysis, formulated quality checklists to implement at critical quality points in project schedule

-Identified process inefficiencies within the Work Management team; subsequently, used VBA coding to automate appropriate processes, total cost savings due to increased efficiency equaled greater than $15,000 per year -Managed the project database on a day to day basis by processing change requests and working with project managers to uphold data integrity -Connected local asset data and SAP data to increase visibility amongst stakeholders

-Recorded and analyzed factory data to make reports on the factory line-Implemented changes based on my reports to a section of the factory line in order to increase efficiency using the factory SCADA system
