Project Manager – Service Delivery
CurrentManages project lifecycle, working with Local Managers, Customer Zone Techs, and Central Office Equipment installers to drive the installation and implementation of telecommunications infrastructure supporting customer-initiated projects across the Hawaiian Islands. Efforts contributed to a 92% organizational on-time service delivery metric. Communicates project status summaries that outline project health and critical accomplishments. Provides mitigation recommendations for risks or jeopardies to the plan. Disseminates reports across the project team, key stakeholders, management, and the customer, providing feedback as required. Supports customers as the Hawaiian Telcom point of contact, developing and maintaining close working relationships to understand evolving needs and requirements. Ensures precise and timely communication to meet key stakeholder expectations.Analyzes organizational processes and solicits feedback from downstream and upstream organizations to understand their needs and requirements. Provides recommendations to reduce or eliminate deficiencies in the provisioning process and improve the Hawaiian Telcom customer experience. Volunteers as a member of the Employee Experience Committee, which provides Hawaiian Telcom employees input on work-related issues that matter to them and ways to improve them.
