I was part of a team that performed Technical testing for many title, focusing primarily on PC Compatibility and Online Multiplayer.

Compatibility testing, Multi-player testing, Creating test cases, installation of titles and set-up of devices in the correct environment per the test pass, and supporting other members of the test team however needed.

• Creating test cases and executing them.• Leading a team to execute test cases.• Managing the bug database for the areas I owned.• Working 1:1 with the developer to reproduce issues and verifying fixes before they made them into the build.• Wrote daily reports to the publishing producer detailing what the team and I accomplished.• Attended daily scrum meetings.• Directed a QA team from Montreal to execute test cases.• Created a tracker to show what areas have been covered and reported the findings back to the development team.• Ensuring all consoles were tested and no specific issues happened per console.• Spot-checked and functionally tested all localization for all text related to the specific area.• Responsible for ensuring the UI for the specific area was tested.• Point of contact for any and all questions from other analysts on the QA team regarding the specific area I tested.
