Current• Manages all onboarding communication and tasks with new hires from offer to start date; processes an average of 60 candidates at a time• Subject matter expert on internal and external ACP on-boarding tasks • Facilitated strategy, program launch, and maintenance of the ACP temp pool during COVID-19 pandemic; hired over 170 ACPs in 14 months • Coordinates all pre-employment activities such as fingerprinting, credentialing, and medical exams with relevant parties• Ensures all on-boarding requirements have been completed including State and Federal regulations to meet the new hire’s projected start date including education and license validation, position related documentation, and on-boarding activities • Project lead for emergency medical onboarding; manages communication and supports service line with on-boarding and credentialing processes• Presenter for on-campus recruitment and engagement efforts
