Leading of Sourcing process during NPI phase (New Product Introduction) starting from RFQ, and after Kick Off until SOP, including: Keeping and optimizing the margin on the components; Negotiating competitive conditions with the new suppliers; Analyzing anual project profitability;Participating to Project meetings, close follow up of the project schedules and samples delivery;Risk anylize, Identifying critical components, proposing possible alternatives based on availability, profitability);Keeping database and updating the BOM for all projects throughout the project life cycle;Negotiating for a defined range of components and for improving these components profitability, for reopening negotiations on a quarterly/anual bases or when is necessary, monitoring the best practices in the world and renegoticate, monitor the components deliverer's price performance;Updating all logistic data in ERP system - SAP;To review and propose Supplier Purchase Agreements and NDA with local suppliers;To participate in defining the group strategy and for applying the group strategy for all componentsTo insure proper transfer to Serial Production

Coordinating the logistic activities of the Project core team ensuring that determined methodology of work, standards, tools, processes and procedures in prototype and pre-production phases will be adhered to. Proactively managing changes, identificating risks, making proposals for eliminating the risks, qnd makes plans for unforseen situations. Continuous tracking of production in order to secure deliveries, respecting deadlines and requirements of the customer at the lowest costs. Making gap analysis on all supply chain processes and monitoring the results to ensure the maintenance of improvements and benefits on long terms. Having the strong cooperation with Procurement, Production control, Warehouse and Engineering department.Responsible for the managing of technical changes from a point of view of the Supply chain in cooperation with other departments. Supporting the stock take process at the plant. Compliance with the standards of tge quality and 5S methodology and LPS standards to improve the efficiency.

Procurement activities: Regularly sending orders to suppliers respecting time and conditions of ordering. Monitoring of regular daily shipments and support in organizing special shipments in critical situations. Responsible for suppliers Delphi, Lear, Bosch, Honda HTK, Tyco Electronic Connectivity. Analysis of the availability of materials: Regularly checking the availability of materials in order to avoid the appearance of deficit and to ensure continuous supply. Notifying the production segment of a possible deficit and the dates of materials receipt. Finding the missing materials and managing with critical parts. Identifying the main causes of the lack of materials and their monitoring. Ensuring supply with production materials on time, based on Just in time and Kanban systems. Identifying high inventories and search the causes. Identifying obsolete parts.Continuous improvement of the procurement process. Continuous development and plans implementation. Setting objectives, priorities and resource allocation in order to achieve the objectives. Compliance with the standards of quality and 5S methodology to improve efficiency.
