I am a head of radiological-chemical laboratory, which consists of 10 lab technicians and assistants. The laboratory consists of four parts (Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Toxicological). As a head of laboratory I was a lead officer of planning and organizing technicians and assistant in theoretical and practical teaching various types of military personnel (Domestic and foreign) and civilian structures. Among this, the team was working with qualitative and quantitative analysis of toxic and industrial chemicals, chemical and sanitary water analysis, detection and identification of toxic stuff in samples, dosimetry and radiometry of ionizing radiation, and also chemical safety and decontamination. My workplace is with higher risk and I work in zone with ionizing radiation. I have a chance to exchange experience with people from OPCW, while we work twice a year with real samples.

I was a leader of my team. It was a group of instructors. The work was about planning, organization and monitoring the tasks of decontamination military personnel, various military equipment and military lines of supplying. The major role was taken during the COVID 19 pandemic, where we were doing decontamination of civilian hospitals and nursing homes.
