"Keep your eyes on the stars and your feet on the ground"I have always found this piece of advice relevant to my career. Born in a family of scholars, I have always been passionate about learning and academics. This has enabled me to get into one of the most prestigious engineering universities in my country, Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani and further to be selected into one of the top ranked business schools of the world, ESADE Business School. My learning coupled with practical experiences in Business Development at work have instilled a quality work ethic and professionalism within me. My leadership experiences at the university NGO, Nirmaan have made me feel part of a bigger social community requiring our attention. Also, through these, I have realised my need to further my career in business management and the importance of a structured and flexible approach to problem-solving. Business, in today's scenario requires a firm to be effective yet agile and be technologically sound. With these challenges, the role of a business professional is much more profound. As a CEMS MiM student at ESADE and SSE, I would like to have new learning experiences within the Management Consulting industry and connect with other like-minded professionals. Determination, dedication to work and pursuit of excellence are some of my personal qualities.
