I am a passionate technology advocate with a background in Computer Science, committed to empowering the next generation of women in STEM. Growing up in a community with limited female representation in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM), I’ve personally experienced the transformative impact of education and mentorship in these fields. Now, I dedicate my efforts to advocating for young girls to pursue, thrive, and lead in STEM careers. In my professional work, I specialize in guiding organizations, institutions, and teams through complex challenges and critical decision-making by applying human-centered design principles. As a Design Thinking facilitator, I collaborate with diverse stakeholders to ideate, prototype, and implement innovative solutions that address real-world problems. In my recent work, I joined UNICEF and the Tanzania Ministry of Health to develop impactful solutions to addressing the Zero-Dose gap in Ilala District in Tanzania.I am a lifelong learner and active participant in global discussions on the Internet, technology, and digital inclusion. Representing voices from the Global South, I contribute to national, regional, and international forums, advocating for more inclusive technology policies.Outside of my work in technology, I enjoy exploring nature, embracing the balance between professional growth and life’s natural beauty.
