Provided pre and post-sales technical support in conjunction with multiple account executives. Act as the technical bridge between our Sales team and the customer, providing the key resource of specialized knowledge concerning our products. On a daily basis recommend replacements for obsolete parts and assist the customer in finding the right components for their situation. Assist clients with technical support on the WAGO I/O line of products, including but not limited to hardware malfunctions, code and wiring troubleshooting, and system configuration.

Taught an average of 3 English classes a day (15 – 30 students each, 4th - 6th grade). This involved planning and running my own lessons based on the school curriculum, and coordinating with 15 homeroom teachers (HRT) to achieve the desired results. I was encouraged to teach English without using Japanese, which often meant adapting during each class to match their ability to follow along.
