Internship• Advertising• Cooperate with marketing and social media• Outreach and communications with local vendors• Conduct market research, gather information and negotiate.• Propose ideas to improve provided services and event quality• Conduct pre- and post – event evaluations and report on outcomes• Research market, identify event opportunities and generate interest • Ensure compliance with insurance, legal, health and safety obligations• Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day• Organize facilities and manage all event’s details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material etc

Operations & HR• Interview & hire potential stylist• Look for omni solutions to exceed customer expectations.• Manage payroll and scheduling within company guidelines.• Co-host monthly style events with very Personal Shoppers.• Perform post event analysis to assure continued event growth.• Lead productive selling floor shifts that meet or exceed the SPH goal.• Provide the communication and tools needed for the team to achieve their KPIs.• Align activities around Top Four on the Floor and other selling and service initiatives.• Optimized the overall customer experience by informing employees of current promotions and goals.
