With over 20 years of work experience in the communications industry, I am a certified operations manager with expertise in employee coaching, goal setting, and operations. I currently manage the operations at a leading contractor of cable TV and internet services. In this role, I oversee the installation, quality control, and customer satisfaction of our products and services, as well as the training and development of our staff. Previously, I worked as an operations manager at Evolve Satellite Communications, a installation fulfillment company that partnered with DirecTV and Exede Internet. There, I was responsible for managing the installation projects, ensuring the quality standards, and maintaining the relationships with the clients and vendors. I also obtained multiple certifications from ViaSat, the satellite broadband provider, as a trainer and a quality controller.
