• Feasibility Studies. Provided analysis, design and cost justification for replacement of two existing Dept of Neighborhoods systems with web-based applications.
• Emergency Traffic Detour System. Managed development of an Intranet application to display GIS maps of City emergency detour routes (Homeland Security project).
• Data Integration & Conversion. Managed testing and modification of 12 departmental and end-user applications which interfaced to the City financial system in preparation for a major PeopleSoft upgrade.
