Magnolia Audio Video hired me as a System Designer to help grand open their new Magnolia Design Center in King of Prussia, PA. As a 3rd key I am responsible for the opening, and closing the location plus any management decisions that may arise.

Staples rehired me to help cover multiple store locations in the greater Philadelphia area. I was also the manager in charge of recruiting, and hiring for these locations.

Microsoft hired me to help hire, recruit, and onboard associates for their grand opening of their full retail store in King of Prussia Pennsylvania.

Staples brought me in to be a part of the Best Tech, and Future Tech store tests, which consisted of 5-10 stores. The store tests consisted on trying new procedures that would be more efficient for the overall technology sales, and assessment process. These tests were mainly focused on improving the overall experience of both the small business customer, and the average consumer.

I was hired as a store manager with the responsibilities of leading a team of 1 Assistant Manager, 6 Shift Supervisors, and 15 employees. This entailed overseeing all aspects of the department while driving the financial and operational outcomes for the store, district, territory, and overall organization.

I was recruited to be a CityDesigns Market Manager of an in home innovation project called CityDesigns. CityDesigns was developed to offer professional in home consultations, and home automation. As the CityDesigns Market Manager I was leading a team of 3 CityDesigners. I would work with the SSC and Regional managers on implementing sales training for each focus store.

I rapidly excelled from sales associate and was promoted to area manager in a higher volume store with the responsibilities of leading a team of 25 store specialists.
