At Christina Lynn Interiors (CLI) we provide two commodities, which are home furnishings and design services, but our bottom-line product is improved spaces. We are people who love homes. Responsible for the development of all infrastructure as it relates to our corporate values at Eagle Brook Church one of the top 10 fastest growing and largest churches in the United States. Ministry Development is a central team that oversees the largest systems that make the church function and allow our 19,000 people to connect while moving our over 6000 volunteers. I give direction to a team of 12 innovated leaders that primarily work with our 280 employees directly to solve problems, strategize, and innovate through collaborative cross-functional meetings. InterVarsity is a national collegiate organization that seeks to develop missional communities on campuses in the U.S. through college students. In this role I gave oversight and strategic direction to the over 30 Twin Cities college campuses by recruiting, training, and deploying staff onto college campuses that worked to lead and develop students as leaders on their campuses through weekly meetings, events, and service projects. It was my key leadership responsibility to accomplish our area vision and to consult, strategize, and develop in collaboration with our metro staff that worked on a variety of college campuses that then develop students as leaders.• Lead leaders who train, develop, and deploy other leaders.• Raise funds for the Twin Cities area in excess of $375,000.• Communicate corporate vision and developed Twin Cities Metro vision.• Lead change management with universities, staff, and volunteers.• Mobilizing a staff team through all major strategies and initiatives.Experienced the following results over 3 years:o 116% increase in trained and deployed leaders.o 166% increase in full-time staff.o 403% increase in member participation.o 600% increase in internships.

Football Chaplain for the TCU Football Team. This was a two-fold role of expanding a collegiate ministry as a director within a large church located in Fort Worth, Texas combined with the responsibility of being the motivational coach and chaplain of TCU Football. This ministry focused on both expanding ministry efforts and leadership to the students on the campus of TCU as well as serving in a supportive ministry/coaching role to players and coaches on the TCU Football team.

This was a two-fold role of expanding a collegiate ministry as a director within a large church located in Fort Worth, Texas combined with the responsibility of being the motivational coach and chaplain of TCU Football. This work focused on both expanding efforts and leadership to the students on the campus of TCU as well as serving in a supportive ministry/coaching role to players and coaches on the TCU Football team.

Young Life is a large international organization that works with junior high and high school youth that places trusted adults in proximity to student who help to add purpose and give spiritual direction to their life. My responsibility was to pioneer work in Dakota County, Minnesota, where Young Life had not existed. This was the position that awakened many of my strategic, development, and leadership strengths. We pioneered efforts with volunteer forces that were planted in high school and junior high during my directorship in the areas of West St. Paul, South St. Paul, Inver Grove Heights, Hastings and Eagan. This provided me with opportunities for leadership development and expansion in the areas of hiring staff, training decentralized teams, raising funds, developing strategies, and networking with communities, officials, and local churches.

In this role I planted and constructed a student ministry for junior high and high school youth ministry in a church plant. My chief responsibilities included developing leaders and students, and coordinating student ministry efforts that reached local junior high and high schools.

After college I received my first call to an existing church to expand an infant youth ministry in an Oklahoma City based church. This was my first full time opportunity to direct a ministry effort and expands its influence in the church & community.

Oversaw the spiritual development and leadership of all Delta men.

Here I worked with large campus church in support of the Youth Director (during the summers) and College Director (during the school year). I served here my entire college education and took some of my first steps in ministry during this time. While completing my B.A., I also served as Campus Chapel Coordinator, Outreach President, and Chaplain for my Fraternity.
