Bayt.com are the leading online recruitment solution providers in the Middle East.After consistent and effective performance in my previous role as "Relationship Manager"​, I was promoted to the Enterprise team to deal with the key accounts in the region.I specialised in developing business with corporate accounts who have no past history of using Bayt.com's services and maintaining strong relationships with large, active clients of Bayt.com.I also trained new joiners on effective sales techniques by producing presentations, monitoring calls, providing feedback and conducting role-plays.During my tenure, I acquired the business and managed the accounts of large entities such as Michael Page, Swarovski, Carlsberg, Del Monte, Manpower, Burberry and G4S.

The North East Counter Terrorism Unit (NE CTU) was established in April 2007 as one of five Counter Terrorism Units designed to strengthen the UK’s response to the threat of terrorism and delivers essential, specialist support to police throughout the country, and in particular, forces in the North East region.I worked as part of a small team of highly-trained individuals and my duties included: - Indexing, researching and analyzing police intelligence in order to enable warranted officers to carry out investigative work and executive action on leads we built and developed.- Implementing a new training initiative in order for our partner agencies to have uniform training across the board.- Training new joiners on our systems.- Managing a team of staff for a highly sensitive intelligence gathering operation that ended with 3 people receiving life-sentences.To develop my skills, I also volunteered for a partial secondment to the Co-ordination and Tasking Office (CaTO) where my duties included:- Establishing strong working relationships between my unit and our 7 partner police forces.- Devising a region-wide system to establish the availabilities of officers and staff in case of the need of redeployment because of a national security threat.- Working alongside key decision makers to ensure the executive action process is managed appropriately.- Maintaining our intelligence records by summarizing key intelligence meetings.Due to the sensitive nature of the role, I possessed the highest level of UK Security Vetting (Developed Vetting).
