Drawing from 22+ years of advancing business growth fusing my FinTech, accounting, and legal backgrounds, I advise boards on B2B digital payments strategies, innovative technology solutions, product GTM launch, as well as regulatory compliance, cyber security, fraud, treasury management, and risk mitigation. During my Wells Fargo tenure, I held multiple SVP roles leading product innovation including APIs, blockchain, and secure payment platforms to worldwide customers – from small businesses to large corporate clients. I provided strategic direction and oversight for WFC’s award-winning API/Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS), B2B payments product strategy, and Treasury Management segments – supporting an $86B+ business. Our BaaS API Gateway earned WFC Barlow’s Most Innovative Award and a Top 3 ranking for Corporate bank APIs.In addition, I led Global Products Consulting, steering the growth acceleration and global expansion of global products and services and launched/chaired the WFC Customer Advisory Council – which played a key role during the WFC-Wachovia $15B+ merger, guiding the integration in a more customer-centric way. Earlier in my career, I served as a tax consultant for Arthur Andersen LLP, managing financial services clients, including a $2.5B hedge fund. Now I serve as Board Director & Audit Committee member of California Bank of Commerce (Nasdaq: CALB); as Board Director of private FinTech Dwolla, Advisory Board Member & Investor of Identifee, and Board Member of Fundid – a private, early-stage FinTech.In addition to corporate boards, I serve on several non-profit boards, passionately giving back to local organizations including Park City Community Foundation – serving on Audit & Finance Committees.
