 Implemented an entire communication system that would benefit parent company with security system, telecommunications and data upgrades throughout 19 locations. Hired data dept., telecommunications tech to take technical portion of the redesign.  Implemented CRM for 3 locations that are retail and outside sales focused, hold message to concur each location focused on their products and services. Coordinated all prep work for installations, (basically building compliance).  Trained all personnel to the use of CRM integrations, to effectively produce more sales due to better customer service and follow ups. Today the company has a complete in-house tech department to support their needs as a result of this transition and upgrade.

 Promoted from with-in  Troubleshoot Orders for agent and assure orders would complete Enhance the Customer experience by successfully solving customer / agent’s calls. Utilized oral and communication skills to ensure all orders/ sales are accurately processed. Maintained composure during stressful situations and difficult client calls. Employed well-developed interpersonal skills to interface with all levels within organization.

 Managed a team of eight representatives; Coached, counseled, supported and provided feedback Motivated agents and provided information and instruction in order to help them meet their sales objectives.  Monitored each agent’s daily sales to motivate and ensure the agent exceeds monthly quota Monitored dealers and agents sales to make training, sales incentives and dealership training to motivated dealer sales agents to sell equipment.  Aligned team promotions to motivate marketing goals were met for the company.
