Both elements of this often complex role, require an extremely high level of health and safety knowledge and also the confidence to enforce these procedures upon large groups. The role consists of a lot of public speaking, whether this is within safety briefings or birthday parties, I have obtained a huge amount of confidence from my position at Rockreef and I am an active and enthusiastic member of staff. I help teach young children how to climb and ensure the safety of all of our visitors.
