Chief Business Transformation Officer – The Business Transformation Manager is in charge of driving New Business Growth in the Ecosystem through working with the different business streams, different cross functions or departments, while always keeping an eye out for our own customers and where they are headed. This person’s operational function revolves around determining priority business model sprints and facilitating these sprints together with assigned ADHOC teams. This person must, at the end of the test, produce a client-ready product or service that it can promote to the business streams for growth. Spearheading the A+ Ecosystems Business Transformation Initiatives• Co-Author Business Transformation Priorities and Strategies: Work with the leaders of the business units and its clients in identifying key opportunities to innovate, evolve, and grow businesses. • Leading Business Transformation Projects: Determine Priorities, Set yearly Targets and quarterly KPIs for departments in driving new business growth. Understand and break down the tasks to be one for new business ventures and opportunities, and effectively delegate them to leaders who can operationalize. Upskill as needed. Cultural and Developmental Responsibilities• Communicating our Vision: Create materials and campaigns that help participants understand the technology, its benefits, and the level commitment needed to see it through.• Serving as a Cross-Functional Change Agent: Serve as the coordinator or project lead for assigned projects and ensure their full implementation.• Measuring ROI on Digital Projects: Since the benefits of tech are are measurable, the Associate can assist in creating, monitoring, and reporting the ROI outcomes of digital projects and investments – linked to enterprise KPIs – with the goal of demonstrating the positive impact from these initiatives

SUMMARY:The Strategic Business Director for the ActivAsia Ecosystem is in charge of assisting ActivAsia in the development and calibration of business goals and providing guidance in terms of action steps and resources needed to successfully accomplish company goals. She will be providing support in ensuring achievement of company strategies by ensuring proper strategy formulation, implementation and evaluation.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
