We are a behavior research, design, consulting & activation company, specializing in identifying and influencing behaviors of brands’ frontliners, for their personal efficacy and professional productivity that (ultimately) lead to business success Behavioral Design is the science-based, high-impact, and low-cost way of nudging people to take the desired action. And we are the pioneer in the application of this framework in the field of organizational development here in the Philippines! Our portfolio of services is divided into (1) Learning Events, and (2) Behavioral Program. Learning Events are one-time activities such as thematic learning events, behavioral seminars, and packaged team-building experiences. Behavioral Program, on the other hand, involves a systematic approach to defining, diagnosing, & designing solutions to various institutional and business problems and concerns. These include culture evolution, service delivery improvement, human resource management, among others.
