WCM Financial Analyst role covers Chrysler's North American operations and is responsible for working closely with manufacturing facilities on World Cost Manufacturing cost deployment. Incumbents will gather measurable cost data to develop and implement various financial cost deployment models for energy, environment, logistics, early equipment management and the plant facility. Advanced modeling will include the development of a quantitative matrix which outlines where losses are in the plant, a detailed matrix mapping of all resultant losses to corresponding causal losses and process as well as a matrix translating all identified losses and wastes into cost. Pillar advancement and financial performance will be audited at WCM audits. By leading strategic performance reviews the analyst will engage and drive the Technical Pillars to understand losses to root cause. Project completion and financial impact is tracked based on the performance of key process indicators to ensure projects attacking the most significant issues are closed so corporate derived productivity and savings objectives are met. Analysts will also provide guidance and direction on process loss terminology and provide financial reporting of actuals on a monthly basis. Extensive travel and support for other manufacturing facilities may be required.
