- Develop Safety Culture on site - Build working relationships with all workers, management and subcontractors - Researching relevant procedures, policies, codes or acts - Ensuring general site safety- Entering reports to INX - Plant & Machine inspection/Audits - Work site inspections/ Audits - Conducting prestarts - Ensuring project compliance - Assisting the site managers in ensuring full site compliance- Assisting Project Manager with reporting - Assisting site team with regular KPI inspections- SWMS Audits and amendments - Observing work tasks and risk assessments- Laisse with relevant site personnel- Laisse with management and supervision - Communicate with contractor’s management team - Communicate with all workers - Signage and barricading of site area - Ensuring team KPI’s are achieved - Advising on safety and compliance matters - Ensuring site safety procedures and requirements are adhered to by workforce - Communicate safety and compliance requirements to workforce and management - Create content and Conduct Project toolbox presentations- Laisse with relevant authorities - Communicate with upper management - Identifying potential hazards - Create compliance documentation - Ensure compliance of all subcontractors- Incident reporting- Incident investigation
