Joined a small group of senior executives for Enexus that responded to regulatory requests, develop risk related start up scenarios, evaluate merger opportunities and provide information and a point of view to Entergy senior management. Due to regulatory issues in New York and Vermont, the proposed spin opportunity was terminated.
