Worked for private property developer to lease and fitout a 4500m2 building in Bentley, Technology Park WA. Fitouts ranged from $100,000 to $550,000, building office environments and research labs.

Managed all fitout projects, staff and clients with projects ranging from $50,000 to $1.5m. Space planning, Auto CAD drawing, brief taking, concept plans and budget costings.
