As a Team Leader (5fte) at MSI, I am responsible for all aspects of marketing in the Benelux, Nordics, Baltics and Balkan regions for the gaming desktop and monitor division. Together with my team I maintain contact with, among others, (r) etailers; media; vendors and game publishers. Together with them we create innovative campaigns that lead to more brand awareness and stimulate the sale of MSI products. I am responsible for both coming up with quarterly plans and drawing up umbrella plans with the corresponding budgets. In addition, I am the bridge between the team in the Netherlands and the team in Taiwan (HQ) and I ensure that they are well informed of our results.

I was responsible for creating and implementing the marketing and communication strategy in the Benelux. I was in daily contact with resellers (including Coolblue, Mediamarkt & Bol.com), media partners, game publishers and vendors such as Intel, Nvidia and Microsoft. My work also consisted of organizing B2B, B2C and PR events, setting up national retail projects, content and community management and negotiating (annual) contracts with partners.
