As a section manager he is leading the team of four engineers being in charge of substation automation systems. Scope of work includes public procurement procedures, technical specifications and project management for substation automation systems. He was leading the team in preparation and execution of FAT for substation automation equipment (control and SCADA equipment) for SS 400/110 kV Srbobran (Siemens Siprotec 4 devices and SICAM PAS and WinCC 7.3). In 2017. equipment for another two SS 400/220/110 kV Pančevo 2 and SS 220/110 kV Bistrica will be procured.Also took part in the working groups for extension of WAMS system, introduction of centralized automatic voltage control in high voltage network as well as remote substation access in EMS.

As a specialist he is leading the team in preparation and execution of FAT for substation automation equipment (control and SCADA equipment) for reconstruction in the EIB-C Package 4. These undergoing reconstructions include the following substations:- SS 400/220 kV Obrenovac A (Schneider MiCOM C264 devices and IMP View4 SCADA system)- SS 400/110 kV Beograd 20 (Schneider MiCOM C264 devices and PaCiS SCADA system)- SS 400/220/110 kV Smederevo 3 (ABB Relion REC650/670 devices and MicroSCADA Pro 9.3)- SS 220/110 kV Kruševac 1 (ABB Relion REC650/670 devices and MicroSCADA Pro 9.3)- SS 220/35 kV Bajina Bašta (ABB Relion REC650/670 devices and MicroSCADA Pro 9.3)Integration of protection devices of other producers (ALSTOM, GE) was also in scope of work for these substations.Also is taking part in the research group for procurement and implementaton of WAMS systems in EMS.

As a local SCADA system engineer in the Serbian Transmission System Operator (EMS) is taking part in introduction of IEC 61850 standard during rerofitting of substation automation systems (400, 220 and 110 kV substations) all over Serbia. These reconstructions were generally with Siemens Siprotec control (6MD) and protection devices (7SA, 7SS, 7SD, 7SJ) and SICAM PAS SCADA system. Integration of protection and control devices of other producers (AREVA, SEL) is also part of scope of work.Also is taking part in maintenance and upgrading of local SCADA systems of serbian producer Institut Mihailo Pupin.

As a protection engineer in the Serbian Transmission System Operator (EMS) has conducted the following tasks:- Secondary equipment (protection and measurement) maintenance in high and medium voltage substations (voltage levels 400, 220, 110 and 35 kV);- Relay protection setting in the substations (distance, differential, overcurrent protection...);- Commissioning of the afore-mentioned equipment;During the mentioned period worked with state-of-the-art equipment of practically all the best-known world producers (SIEMENS, AREVA, ABB, SEL...) in the area of responsibility of Belgrade unit.
