- Founded the Twin Transition Lab Unit to help clients with the double transition and obtaining European funds, identifying more than €500M opportunities and achieving a 10% increase in pipeline in 6 months;

My responsibilities included client and stakeholder coordination, as well as managing technical teams and operational functions.- These initiatives, exceeding €10 million, resulted in substantial improvements in our clients'.
