In my role in Drug Regulatory Affairs, I've had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from small molecule drugs to biologics. One of the most rewarding aspects of my job is collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop regulatory strategies that not only meet the requirements of regulatory agencies but also align with the goals of our organization. I've been involved in preparing and submitting regulatory submissions, such as INDs, NDAs, and MAAs, and have had the chance to engage directly with regulatory agencies during meetings and inspections. My experience has taught me the importance of staying current with regulatory guidelines and trends, as well as the value of clear and effective communication in navigating the regulatory landscape."
