Current* Automation Process oversight and inclusion in all testing* Align stakeholders across multi-initiative strategy tied to common goals* Lead coordination of roadmaps to drive to successful execution across teams to deliver a common strategy* Anticipate needs broader than direct ownership and identifies ways that other stakeholder can amplify impact* Model behavior and coach wider team and other people managers on how to make well-informed decisions alongside stakeholders* Be accountable for more than one innovation initaitive. Bring on new initiatives and convince management of their value.* Very clearly communicate the problem to solve and WHY the solutions were chosen. Be able to advocate for the area chosen on an EC level. Also be able to project a possible impact* Create a culture of 'test & learn' within the team and create roadmaps and budgets that reflect this* Maximize learnings and ROI for prototype builds, ensuring we learn what we need. Be a valuable partner for the execution team to prioritize and make better decisions faster.* Proactively inform and influence a portfolio of strategic initiatives through SME* Effectively influence the product development process and optimize the UX process within it to better support other areas of product development* Apply extensive expert skillset across organization* Deep expertise in UX design principles and apply them across the experience* Grow and organize the team based on understanding of the full spectrum of the UX Design skillset* Consistently support and influences iterative design practices and designs* Leads the team towards a cohesive experience informed a deep understanding of the user and * customer * Understand user and business goals beyond your product area and across the org* Understand how team's impact differs from that of other areas* Coach and guide more team members on what and how to prioritize* Review team's priorities and confirm that the right expectations are being set
