In December 2018, I was invited to join the company as an employee, helping then in the coordination of the development department, supporting the developers, taking care of the infrastructure part of the applications (in which I just migrated from the OnPremise servers to the Cloud ), optimizing development processes such as utilizing branch strategies, automated deploy strategies with Azure DevOps and searching for new technologies, then acting on innovation.I am responsible for starting two new large projects within the company, which is a customer-facing completion website, using new technologies such as ASP.NET Core with Angular 6 and Mobile Application with Ionic, every system is being Cloud Oriented development.I am also responsible for disseminating knowledge within the team, then giving lectures and demonstrations on architectural and development standards, primarily the cloud-oriented development model.

I started working at SG (Tourism Company) with the challenge of maintaining a new reservation system that they had just developed to serve all travel agencies and tour operators in Brazil, this system had as main objective to provide quotation service and reservations, connected through webservices with Hertz Rent a Car in which it is Official Representative in Brazil.Over time, I realized that this system that was developed did not meet 100% of the users needs and then I had the idea to start developing a new system in parallel. As I had a small development experience in ASP.NET, I chose to use this technology that was already well established in the market until I finished the minimum viable product of the tool and then I introduced it to the company board in which they were very surprised and satisfied with the final result, from then on I had a new cycle within the company, being responsible for making this tool grow more and more, in which today is the main tool of work of the employees and also a tool that the company offers to all its clients around Brazil (Agencies and Tour Operators).I also developed numerous other tools to aid in day to day business as document control tools, crm's internal, reporting services, called internal control system, among others, all based on Microsoft technologies like ASP.NET WebForms, ASP.NET MVC and ASP.NET WEB API. With the high demand for projects I was responsible for hiring new developers to work on sustainability and development of new projects, and a Development Department was born.I was responsible for starting the ALM project of all projects using the old VSTS, now Azure DevOps doing all the configuration of the tool, such as source code control, automated builds and releases.I was responsible for migrating all the systems and tools that we used onPremise to the cloud with Azure.
