To create and manage the direction of The Timothy Smith Network (TSN) which is a member organization established to build the capacity of Old Roxbury’s Timothy Smith Centers. The mission of the TSN is to increase the capacity of the Greater Roxbury community of Boston to effectively use and access technology by providing technology-related services, educational programs and resources as well as strengthening and supporting the individual TSCs. As of 2013 there are 27 active Timothy Smith Centers and has invested in excess of over $6.5 Million dollars in the creation of Community Computer Learning Centers across the Old Roxbury Neighborhood. Timothy Smith Centers provide comprehensive community-based technology education services to children, adults, families, adults, and senior citizens.Timothy Smith Centers provide open access to technology and the Internet for many residents. The agencies in which the Timothy Smith Centers are located address a broad range of economic, therapeutic, health, educational, training, human and social services needs of the community.The TSN will strengthen the Timothy Smith Centers by assisting them to implement strategies for developing and sustaining their operations and for improving the efficiency, scale and quality of their programs.

On September 19, 1963, at Morgan State College (now Morgan State University), 12 students founded what is now the nation’s fifth largest, predominately African-American social service fraternity: The Iota Phi Theta Fraternity, Incorporated ®.Today, Iota Phi Theta® consists of over 250 chapters located in 40 States, the District of Columbia and the Republic of Korea. The scope of the organization extends throughout the nation, from California to New York; from Wyoming to Florida; and from Wisconsin to The Bahamas Islands.

Share Ur Wear operates as a clothing textile recycling program lead by Capital Brothers, LLC with the mission To Create Sustainable Support Pathways for a Better America. Share Ur Wear allows for a percentage of the profits made from the sale of donated textiles to help fund multiple social service and environmental initiatives within the local community. Grantees of said funds would allocated its use to sustain their current community service initiatives, as well as develop new community service and environmental programs which supports the mission of the Share Ur Wear program.
