Milton Roye is the Director of Executive Recruiting for Management Business Solutions, a Grand Rapids MI-based professional staffing firm specializing in creating customized staffing solutions to meet local, regional, and national client needs. The firm has over 65 years of combined recruiting experience in areas which includes but is not limited to Engineering, IT, C-Suite, Manufacturing, Sales & Marketing, and Finance. With nearly 30 years of industrial sector and business development experience, Milton combines start-up and entrepreneurial experience with global corporate leadership in: market entry and business expansion; customer engagement and performance management; and technology innovation and organizational alignment. In doing so, he has employed his range of experience in engineering, business development, marketing, program management and finance utilized as an executive at General Motors / Delphi Automotive, Weidmann Plastics Technology AG (Switzerland), and Tata Automotive Components (India). A serial intrapreneur and entrepreneur, he has successfully led or been involved with five start-ups and four customer-turnarounds / market expansions over the last 20 years. As Co-Chair of the MI Innovation Alliance, he and his team partner with SAE International and STEM.org to organize and promote forums to identify / spotlight / facilitate more rapid commercialization of innovative technologies from around the globe. Milton has served as a member of the Corporation for the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, the Institute’s Board of Trustees; and on three of the Corporation’s advisory committees for the School of Engineering. He currently serves on the Education Fund Board of the Michigan League of Conservation Voters, and is a former member of the Walsh College Academic Roundtable. He is a co-founder and past Board Chair of the MIT Enterprise Forum of the Great Lakes.
