Even though she had a massive amount of responsibilities, she always took the time to chat and be there when anyone needed help, professionally or personally. I feel that these qualities alone would make someone a great manager, however Mim goes above and beyond that. My dream job was to become a software developer and Mim took every opportunity to present me with challenges that would move me closer to my goal. Even when I left the Support Team to work on a new team, Mim continued to be my biggest advocate. She gave me advice and insight and encouragement to have the confidence to continue pursuing my dream. When I became an engineer at BoomTown, Mim's excitement honestly rivaled mine.
