Incorporated to work as an external consultant at Banc Sabadell's ATM department. I took responsibility for all the maintenance, and new developments to be made to the customer's ATM management suite. The product was closed source, and my job consisted in writing Software Requirements Specifications to the provider of the product.My daily routine included capturing requirements from the different users of the software suite, validating those requirements, and formalizing them in a document. Participating in meetings with the provider and customer to provide assistance between the needs of the customer, and the provider's offer.As a one time event, I participated in ATM transactional testing for a new revision of the ATM's middle-ware, running test transactions, and validating the system behaviour.

Assigned to the EMV, and Magnetic Stripe Certification Projects, both for emission and acquisition for the brands MasterCard, and Visa. My tasks included configuring the reference test suites of each brand, for both Credit, and Debit, along with all the necessary configurations of my institution's systems to proceed with the execution of test cases. Also fell upon me to configure, run, and report the results of the test cases. Besides these projects, my unit was in charge of the maintenance, testing, and implementation of new features regarding several systems, sub-systems, and electronic channels within the development environment. These were the ATM and Internet Banking channels, the transactional switch, the clearing, authorizations, ATM Monitoring, and Fraud Prevention subsystems. Of these, my responsibilities revolved mainly around the Transactional Switch, ATMs, and ATM Monitor.At last, occasional maintenance or satellite tasks were assigned to me in relation to ATM's or Internet Banking, such as small modifications to the bank's site, reporting using Crystal Reports or Reporting Services, development of auxiliary applications for process automation, and tasks involving the bank's DBs such as manual corrections of exceptional conditions, and manual extraction of information.

Development of auxiliary web apps, using ASP.NET MVC3. The applications where data centered, using MSSQL DBs as basis. Working under the supervision of the Web Services and Integration Unit.
