My name is Maria, and I am a fresh graduate from the American University in Bulgaria (AUBG), where I pursued a dual major in Business Administration with a Management concentration and Psychology, complemented by a Minor in Modern Languages And Cultures with a focus on German. I am passionate about the intersection of business and psychology, and how they can inform each other to enhance organizational effectiveness, human well-being, and social impact.As part of my academic and extracurricular activities, I have developed and demonstrated skills in problem solving, strategic partnerships, market research, Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, and Google Ads. I have also gained valuable experience in podcast and social media production, working with the AUBG Psychology Club to create and promote engaging content on psychological themes, available on Spotify. Additionally, I have contributed to a collaborative project between Blagoevgrad Municipality and AUBG, conducting comprehensive research for the strategic development of the city. I am also committed to social responsibility and volunteering, having organized and participated in various initiatives to support environmental and humanitarian causes, such as clean-up events and visits to orphanages. These experiences reinforce my belief in the positive role businesses can play in society, and motivate me to pursue a dynamic career that blends business acumen with psychological insights.
